Pageant Full Body Fat Blast Workout

Most of us are very busy! We are going to college or have full time jobs (or both) while preparing for pageants and keeping up community appearances and charity work. With all these extra-curricular activities, it would be easy to not workout (like so many people do), however it is important that we MAKE the time everyday.

Time isn't "found" - it is not hiding under the bed or tucked away in the cupboard. Time is made by simply choosing to stop doing activities that aren't moving you towards your goals.

Watching TV everyday for an hour? (An hour is the minimum for a lot of people!) At the end of the week that is 7 hours of "dead" time. Time you could have spent going to the gym or doing a quick workout in your living room.

Want to watch your favorite show? That's fine, but why not do a fat blasting workout while you're at it!

I love coming up with quick workouts people can do anywhere! This workout doesn't require any extra equipment, however if you have some dumbbells (or even 3 litre water jugs) you can ramp up the intensity.

Choose an area that will allow you to lie down and move around (without hitting the furniture). Blast some music or challenge yourself to keep doing the workout non-stop for the entire length of your TV show!

This workout is also great for a dorm room or hotel room, so now there is no excuse when you are on the road not to workout.

Be fit & well :)

Pageant perfect pyramid leg workout

After watching the Miss USA contest this week, you might have noticed the shapely legs on many of the contestants, indicating the importance of strength training to sculpt lean muscle on your thighs, glutes and calves.

Lean muscle improves the overall appearance of your lower half and also helps to diminish the appearance of cellulite. It also changes the shape of your silhouette, lifting and firming your glutes, which is a must when you are rocking that bikini in the swimsuit round.

Try my leg workout below and see the difference! You can do this up to 3 times per week on non consecutive days. Add weight as you get stronger or to increase the intensity!
